In an effort to better serve you, we now offer secure online ordering. Online ordering allows you to place orders any time, day or night.

Orders placed by 5 PM (PST) Friday are guaranteed to be shipped the following week.

Alaska orders:

Orders are shipped to Alaska via Alaska Air. If you wish to place an order to be shipped to Alaska, please call (509) 586-0150 between 8AM and 5PM (PST). Alaska orders can not be placed through this website.

International orders:

If you wish to place an order to be shipped outside of the US, please call (509) 586-0150 between 8AM and 5PM (PST). International orders can not be placed through this website.

Shipping:

We ship every Monday, year round (some holidays excluded).

Our Scheduled Shipment Program assures you receive the quail products you need at the exact time you need them. Call or email to participate in this program.

Terms:

Orders pre-paid, U.S. funds. Payment by major credit card or money order. No personal checks accepted.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all live bird orders at the time the order is placed.

No order cancellations after shipping. There is a $40 returned check fee.

Other Information

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products available, but cannot be responsible for damage incurred during shipment. If damage occurs please notify the carrier for necessary forms and procedures to file insurance claims, if applicable.

Our flock is USDA tested and inspected and is U.S. Pullorum-Typhoid Clean. A VS Form 9-3 is provided with all egg and live bird purchases. When eggs and live birds leave our hatchery we have no control over their exposure to outside elements. Therefore, we cannot assume liability for their health or hatchability once they leave the hatchery.
